About Agent

I attended Worcester State University where I obtained a degree in Urban Planning. That education facilitated my working for the Town of Charlton in Town Government. Starting with the Planning Board as a Clerk and the Zoning Board of Appeals, I eventually gravitated to the position of Conservation Commission Administrator/Agent. The Conservation Agent position required many hours in the field reading plans, viewing wetland delineations, and helping residents navigate through rules and regulations both on the local and state level. With this information, an informed decision could be made on the best use of their property. It was this extensive background that motivated me to become a Real Estate Agent so that more people could benefit from my training and knowledge when it came to land use, building, or purchasing a home.
My favorite part of the job is being able to share what I have learned over the years in real estate with my clients. With my assistance changes in their live can be implemented, changes that are made with the confidence that they have all the tools they need to make an educated decision for the future sale or purchase of property. My expertise is working with people and the community. I was a public servant for over 20 years and I learned to listen so that I could gather information. This strength has carried over into my work with my real estate clients, I want the choice of where to live to be theirs and with my experience together we can make that possible.
